Fish is in style like never before, all over the world. More and more, people are recognizing the health benefits og increasing their fish intake, and discovering that fish is supprisingly quick and easy to prepare. In Delights of the sea, 37 world-renowned chefs from eight different countries share some of their favourite recipes with an international readership. The recipes have been adapted for the home kitchen, and most are easy to prepare. They are based on fish and shellfish found in European waters, but suggestions for alternative types of fish have been provided. The book contains wine recommendations for most the dishes.
