The Brundtland commission's report - 10 years

This book contains the lectures and workshop reports from the International Conference to mark the tenth anniversary of the Brundtlands Commission's report "Our common future". The purpose of the conference was to recollect the findings of the Brundtland commission, to take stock of the evolution of sustainable development up to the present and - above all - to provide ideas and directions for future research. The book contains articles from a variety of disciplines within both the natural and social sciences.
